Takeover by aribos

This is the process for workshops

Are you a decision-maker in a body and paint shop and would like to sell your workshop to aribos? Thank you for your interest! Let’s talk about a possible takeover. This is what the acquisition process of our group of companies looks like:



Non-binding exchange

We can get to know each other in an initial meeting. Let's talk about our ideas, requirements and future plans without obligation.



Data enquiry & confidentiality

We request relevant data for the evaluation of your business and draw up a non-disclosure agreement for the negotiations.



Indicative offer

You will receive an indicative offer (IO) from us within a few days. If you are happy with the offer, we can sign it as a letter of intent (LOI).



Due diligence

If you are interested in a sale, we will then check your company data from a legal, tax and financial perspective.



Integration into the group

If we come to a deal, we immediately prepare the contract for mutual signature and take over your business.



Onboarding

Welcome to aribos! In the first six months after signing the contract, we familiarise the management of your business in detail with operations and finance.
